Drilling and milling operations in stainless steel tubing are quickly and easily performed and repeated even when angular milling or drilling up to +/-50 degrees is required. The angles are set quickly by angular scale and then locked into position.
Friction Stir drilling (flow drilling) operations for #8, #10, 1/4" and 5/16" (or M5, M6 and M8) threads can strengthen the design.
Material length up to 120 inch (3 meters) are loaded and set against adjustable stops, or easily positioned with the feed-unit. Positions are displayed in absolute or incremental measurements as selected either Inch or Metric.
