SHW UniSpeed 5

Introduced in 2007, the SHW UniSpeed 5 has already established it's market and reputation in Europe. Although it is a large universal CNC machine concept, one of it's outstanding benefits is that it installs quickly. A new composite bed design not only benefits the rigidity, dynamics and precisission, but even better, eliminates the need for a special machine foundation. Thus reloacating the UniSpeed5 for specific work cell requirments is more econcomical than before and also is great plus for keeping a high resale value. The UniSpeed 5 comes complete and is ugradable to three basic machine configurations, avialbalbe with or without palletchanger options. All UniSpeed machines are fast to incorporte contour milling operations. High Speed Milling with an exchangable High Frequency Spindle Head is an option. Without compromise you can apply all technolgies in the many programmable spindle positons. Circular Interpolation, Thread Milling, Drilling Cycles, Rigid Tapping in all workplanes with full tool offset capabilities and easy back out are standard features. Full featured tuning capabilities are the option with the newest torque motor technology table drive system.
