The transportable solution for low volume applications, like process approval, field repairs, service type applications and more. Whenever the occational, strong flow formed bushing is wanted. The Thermal Friction Drilling Machine is available in two basic configurations, either with a standard drill stand, or with a magnetic base stand. For higher volumes, a head distributing fan is must to protect the machines spindle bearing from overheating. At the end, thermal friction drilling is a hot metal forming process at extremely high temperatures and needs to be carried out by a trained, experienced professional.
