 iJet Water Deburring - Product details Just recently, during the IMTS2006, Bertsche engineering presented a new CNC deburring machine, applicable in particular for medium to large production volumes. Besides options for mechanical deburring the iJet features multiple workstations for deburring with high water pressures and CNC programmable machine movements. With the iJet machine, parts are clamped by a specific gripping device and picked up either from loading/unloading positions, or conveyer style feeding mechanisms. With its basic, universal applicable, CNC slide configuration, and stainless steel enclosure design, high water pressures in large volumes can be efficiently targeted on the parts while limiting the overall investment dollars. Continued ongoing Improvements can be incorporated without major machine redesign, but by customizing the workzones and the machine programming. A great machine to increase the process reliability with automation for many medium to high volume parts.
